Welcome to Samuel Appliance Repair. By accessing our website, using our telephone booking service, or receiving appliance/HVAC repairs, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered & Diagnostic Fees

Samuel Appliance Repair provides expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for major household appliances and HVAC systems. All service requests are subject to our flat $89 diagnostic fee, which covers our master technician's travel and professional troubleshooting. The diagnostic fee is separate from any actual repair part or labor costs.

2. Automated SMS Communications Program

By providing your phone number and booking an appointment with us verbally, on our website, or via SMS, you consent to join our recurring automated messaging program. You will receive booking verifications, scheduling updates, and service receipt text messages.

Program Guidelines:
- **Opt-In Keywords:** Reply START or SUBSCRIBE to opt-in.
- **Message Frequency:** Messages are transaction-based and sent as needed per appointment.
- **Msg & Data Rates:** Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
- **Opt-Out Instructions:** Reply STOP at any time to instantly unsubscribe and end text messages.

3. Mobile Carrier Privacy Disclaimer

We respect your cellular privacy. We guarantee that your opt-in consent and phone number details will never be shared, sold, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Technician Arrival & Scheduling Windows

We provide 2-to-4-hour arrival windows for our technicians (e.g. 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). While we strive for maximum punctuality, traffic and technical complexities may affect arrival times. Our technician will notify you via text if there are any significant scheduling delays.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
